Cody and Shannon are awesome to deal with. No pressure, but readily available to answer questions. We were given the information to make our decision and then we left to think things over. We ended up going back and bought a split king mattress. It was delivered and set up today. Cody and his son, Colton, got everything done and Colton even gave us helpful hints. They also carried our queen headboard back to our shop. It won't work anymore. Lol. That was very kind of them as my husband had surgery and was unable to move it. We felt like we made friends, not just doing business.

This place is awesome and amazing. Not only did they deliver on time, but they helped out tremendously. They went over and beyond to help me and my grandsons with beds. Thank you so so much. God bless you and your family. Be kind to one another and God will bless you when you least expect it. Thank you Boyds Sleep Center. I could have never given my grandsons beds without your help.

They are outstanding with customer service. Took the time to answer all questions about different brands, no pressure or steering. I have shopped most bedding stores in town and they are by far the best and want customers to be happy.

10/10 would buy here again. Cody and Shannon really know how to take care of their customers! They aren't pushy and actually considered and stayed within my budget when showing me models. They guided me to a mattress that supports me better, rather than the most expensive model. I've been shopping enough lately to know how rare that is. After I'd told them I was buying for my wife and I, they even suggested waiting to get her opinion. Another rarity! Most salespeople just try to breeze through the objection for a quick sale. Not here. I couldn't be more grateful to the Boyds for their excellent service and quality products. I'm sleeping better already!
